The company has been successful all throughout its existence in the furniture industry. Despite all their success in the industry, the company has never failed to do some philanthropic works. Their charitable works started way back with the original Mathis Brothers, Don and Bud. The two were already helping several organizations in the past and that did not stopped when the new era of Mathis Brothers took over the company. Bill and Larry Mathis, sons of Don, who took over the managerial duties from their father in 1988, have not failed in giving support to a number of local and national organizations. Some of the organizations that the Mathis siblings support are Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Science Museum Oklahoma, City Rescue Mission, Urban Angels, and American Red Cross. These are only five of the numerous institutions that the company helps.
